| Introduction | With imagination the possibilities are infinite. And at 48, a dream has become a reality. What started out as “therapy” has turned into a labor of pure love. I am a Single Mother of five wonderful children, Yes, they do all live at home! With that many children and their friends, you quickly learn to approach life with a sense of humor. I use my whimsical approach to life designing and inventing fun and fabulous creations, my Que Sera, Sera (whatever may be will be be)I believe is reflected in how I approach life and how I approach chocolate. I began making candy so that even when I was at work the kids always had a part of me at home. To both my surprise and delight I found I discovered a niche for myself. Of course we (anyone that has ever created anything, be it food, art, or an idea) have all heard the words “you should start a business”…but those words started to really stick in my mind. Commuting from Long Island to New Jersey certainly isn’t how I want to spend the bulk of my time. The guilt, the milestones I have missed, I am working for my children, yet I am away from them. This makes no sense at all...So I began to wonder, Could I? |
