All balloons can be inflated with helium, decorated with curled ribbon and attached with a balloon weight to stop it from floating away! Helium Gas is NOW AVAILABLE at The Party Bloc!! Here's how it works: Contact us by email with the subject description on the balloon you would like to order. Please state the quantity as well as your Name, Address and Contact Number (for delivery purposes). Payment to be made via fund transfer - POSBank transfer. For non inflated balloon - Price includes normal local postage. Please add S$2.50 for Registered Article. Item will be mailed out the very next day after payment.
