| Introduction | I am in the General Educational Stream Masters program. I am studying full-time and hope to finish my program at the end of the Winter semester. I graduated from McGill in the Kindergarten and Elementary program. I currently am not teaching as I am pursuing my studies but I have a variety of education related jobs. For example, I am teaching a class at a senior center, I am running an after school program at an all girls private school and I also babysit four times a week for a family that I have been with for five years. All of this keeps me pretty busy! Another important thing about me is that I am very close to my family which includes my two parents and three older brothers. I currently do not live anywhere close to any of them but we still keep in touch and they often come to visit me or I see them when I go home. Home for me is a very small town in the Gaspe region along the St Lawrence River. It is mainly a French area and my family was one of the only English speaking families. It was honestly a great place to grow up and I miss it when I am here in the “city”. Oh, and I am also super excited that I just got a kitten! |
| Interests | I love pretty much any sport and I am always willing and excited to try something new. Currently, my newest sports are rock climbing and squash. I also love to read and be outside. |
