| Introduction | "I'm a 90+ plus year-old woman who discovered "blogging" almost two years ago. It's a great way to tell my children/grandchildren/ great-grandchildren how things were back then with a few modern thoughts and "pearls of wisdom" thrown in for good measure. If I can do it, you can do it!!!! I didn't even learn to use the computer until 2001 or so! A son who passed away left me his computer and here it sat until my family taught me how to use it and now I can't seem to get away from it. I play games, pay my bills, "surf the net" and keep in contact with a lot more people via e-mail than I ever could through "snail mail". E-Mail saves me stamps and time!(Time for what?-- to sit at my computer more!)" I'm proof positive that you're never too old to learn something new! |
