| Introduction | I've had affairs with cycling in the past. I was a roadie for a few years, then became discontented and strayed. I had a fling with mountain biking for a few years, but that, too, cooled as the pressures and time demands of work and family caused that relationship to fizzle. Now, as I search for a way to stay in shape with a busy work and family schedule, I have discovered bike commuting. The question is, will I be able to keep it up through the cold Minnesota winter. This is intended to be a journal of my experiences dealing with bicycle commuting in Minnesota. |
