Introduction	I'm a dad of two great kids and married to the greatest girl in the world. My time is spent hanging out with the family, cooking, running, biking, working for The Man, that sort of thing. I can also be a bit obsessive about gadgets, gear, and entertainment. This blog may get a little "stream of consciousness" from time-to-time, but that's the way my brain works.
Interests	Reading, movies, hiking, running, gadgets, most any outdoor sport
Favorite movies	Die Hard, Dumb and Dumber, Tombstone, Road House, North By Northwest, and anytime I happen across a Harry Potter movie on TV, I'll stop and watch.
Favorite music	The Police, The Allman Brothers, Chris Whitley, Jeff Buckley, TV on the Radio, and The Beach Boys are joined by a rotation of different artists at any one time.
Favorite books	Gospel - Winton Barnhardt, The Omnivore's Dilemma - Michael Pollan, A Song of Ice and Fire series - George R.R. Martin.
