Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Well, sure. Who wouldn't want a bicycle? Dr Seuss must have pondered this question before drawing fish riding bicycles, or maybe even Disney did when they drew fish playing musical instruments.
