| Introduction | Bill Izard, his wife, Nancy, and two of their four children--Emily, 25, and Ian, 9--eat, drink, and make merry on the north side of Shinall Mountain in West Little Rock, Arkansas. [Nathaniel, 22, lives in Little Rock also; Luke and Hannah (the firstborn) Lanier live in Sulphur, Louisiana, with our first grandchild, Isaac.] In addition to building a family (and watching it build him), over the past quarter-century Bill has been a pastor, teacher, Christian school administrator, writer, and editor (among other things) and is currently writing full time. Loves include (but are definitely not limited to) writing, preaching, teaching, singing, walking, climbing, playing, reading, thinking, eating, drinking, yarding, and spending time with his wife and kids. |
