| Introduction | I am a legislative intern with the Illinois Senate Democrats, and I have four children: a 6-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old girl, and a 13-month-old girl. My husband Jonathan is also my best friend. I enjoy politics, reading, writing, cake decorating, making my children smile, studying the Bible, and taking long walks.
