| Introduction | I grew up living the gypsy life, circling the globe as my mother, sister and I accompanied my father on his military assignments to Asia, Europe and the United States. During this time I absorbed the stories and fables from many different cultures. I’m sure my love of literature is rooted deeply in these early travels. I began writing in my early teens and I write middle grade and young adult novels as well as picture books, which I also illustrate. I write reviews for the on-line database, Childrens’ Literature Comprehensive Database and have published articles in the “Highlighter”. |
