About me

Introduction	I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, career woman and cook. I love to cook and wish I had the time and energy to cook a lot more than I do. I prefer for everything to be home-made though I've yet to figure out how to pull that off. I'd have a fully sustainable garden if I had the acreage and the staff to tend it. I believe a few key things: 1) I can cook better than most restaurants, 2) I want my family to have good, well-prepared meals, and 3) cooking is just good for the soul. I say quite often that I missed my calling, I should have been a chef, but who wants those hours? I love food and like to be considered a good cook. I look forward to sharing my receipes with my family and friends.
