IntroductionI am presently composing a PhD at Newcastle University and as my studies progress i have become more and more interested in philosophy. This is why i have decided to start this blog. Instead of remaining quiet about my struggles with philosophy i will compose a blog discussing philosophical issues and topics that are of interest to me. At present I am mainly interested in the work of Gilles Deleuze, Brian Massumi, and Manuel DeLanda. Other people I am interested in are Spinoza, Jean Baudrillard, Alain Badiou, Michel Foucault, Slovoj Zizek, Antonio Gramsci, Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri, and of course Friedrich Nietzsche.
Favorite booksAnti-Oedipus, A Thousand Plateaus, Discipline and Punish, Intensive Science and Virtual Philosophy, Simulations, Second Media Age, Difference and Repetition, Logic of Sense, Ethics (by Spinoza), Society Must be defended, and lots more...
