It should also have some slime-dripping, jagged-toothed monster that can suck the brains out of your skull and turn your cranium into a paperweight. Now that's a movie! |
| Favorite music | I like artists that have something to say about the human condition. I'm not much for political music, or pretentious self-obsessed angst-ridden "Artists". Nor can I deal with manufactured bubble-gum pop. |
| Favorite books | I have several favorite writers, Robert A. Heinlein, L. Neil Smith, R. A. MacAvoy, Robert B. Parker, and John D. Macdonald. Unfortunately, my fiction writing is severely limited these days, as I have so much professional reading to do. |
Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
Whittling with soap allows you unlimited opportunity to express yourself without being restrained by the medium... or is it media? It's actually a fantastic question, because I'd just agreed to teach my 10 year old son, Nicholaus, how to whittle, and I was having trouble figuring out how to start, but now I know.
