| Introduction | Hey, I'm Mack and this is my incredible journey to the shack. About a year ago my daughter was abducted and murdered. I was so angry and mad at God; how could he do this to me, to our family. One wintery day I was sitting at home and received a letter in the mall that asked me to go back to the shack, the very place where I discovered my daughter's death. The letter was signed "Papa", which is the name my wife refers to as God. At first I thought it was a horrible joke, but after thinking about I finally decided to go. Little did I know that I would actually meet God face to face and discover his love for me. It has been and continues to be one of the greatest relationships in my life. |
