| Introduction | Welcome! I am the daughter of patriotic immigrants who survived concentration camps, my Father, the Dutch camps in Holland and my Mother, the Japanese camps in Indonesia. I was born in Los Angeles & grew up listening to the stories of their early years, the terrors, the struggles, the precious few uplifting times, and how much they love America. They hold no grudges and taught us to love everyone, as Christ loves. Brotherly love is what will hold this great nation together; equally, the lack thereof will tear it apart. I now live in Tennessee with my husband (who has two children) away from all my family who live in the Western states. I have a daughter and son-in-law and four grandchildren. Family is so important, and I miss being close to them but we do all we can to keep in touch and make the most of our times together. Dad has passed on, and I miss him terribly. Mom still works and is very active living in Tucson with her husband. I am very close with all my siblings, a couple of whom also have blogs, as does my step-mother who is in Colorado. You can find the links for them here as well. We all love God and Country passionately, and here you will see that. |
