Introduction	I have just recently started to ignite my passion for making food. Baking; cooking; any kind of experimenting. I want to be able to go into my archives to pull a recipe to tweek, and I want to scrutinize ones that fail. I am by no means an artisan. But someday I would like to know the in's and out's of preparing delicious meals. My dream is to open my own pastry shop. I would love any advice that anyone may like to offer! I am an Amateur, but that is only where I am for now.
