Introduction	Dr. Gerson Moreno-Riano has taught American politics and political philosophy at Regent since 2006. His latest book, The Prospect of Internet Democracy, is set to be published in September 2009. Regent’s Government Camp is Moreno-Riano’s brainchild. As he puts it, Regent’s Government Camp “is the only such camp in the entire United States. It is a great experience helping to shape future national security leaders and experts.” Moreno-Riano is an avid fan of world cup soccer and college football—one can find him cheering for Brazil and traveling to see the Cincinnati Bearcats on the football field.
