Introduction	Hi I am Hubert, the hippo mascot of the active gourmet travel, named for St Hubert who was born in Toulouse around 600AD. He is the patron saint of hunters. Why would a travel company choose me, a portly hippopotamus, to represent them? Because my sleepy, relaxed appearance belies an amazing turn of speed. This epitomises the company's ability to move and change direction when needed - on tours you must expect the unexpected.I get to hang around the clients a lot, so I know heaps about travel and I will give a few insider tips to those of you thinking of travelling with us. Still quite short
