Introduction	I am a proud mama of 3 children, Kaiya, age 7, Cassidy, age 4, and Keiyona, age 3 months! My husband, Nate, is my best friend, love of my life, and co-conspirator on this journey of discovery. Our little family is attempting to manifest a better world, beginning right here, at home. We hope to "be the change we wish to see in the world" by showing loving respect for each other and all we encounter. This includes the Earth that sustains us all, the different cultures and belief systems that co-habitate here, and the everyday magic of being alive at this moment in history.
