| Introduction | There are three things I place above all else, including myself, Shelagh and my 6 cats, my family and friends and music. I love Kraft pizza, storms and documentaries, I don't like clothing, the cold or shallow conversation, I love that Shelagh can instantly relax me with her touch, Ignorance and war make me sick to my stomach, I love the environment, but not what we're doing to it, I love a good movie but I'm not a TV watcher, I LOVE to paint, I have a hard time making friends because I expect to much of them, I abhor violence, I like ice cream, camels and anything made of wood, I'm inexplicably drawn to the moon, 5 point stars and the warm color spectrum, I can't stand hair on my face or my soap, I love the way my cat Charlie makes me feel like I'm the only one in the world he cares about, I don't like talking on the phone, I love the quiet sounds of the country, particularly in the late summer, just after the afternoon sun peaks, I write poetry, I don't like reading it, I sleep on the left side of the bed, I compose music, I love vegetables and candle light and even after 14 years, I still can't get enough of Shelagh. |
