Introduction	Hello! My name is Kristy Nelson and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my eleventh year teaching kindergarten. I grew up in Coon Rapids, MN with my mom, dad and younger sister. I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Special Education minor. In 2019, I graduated from Southwest State with my Masters Degree. I live here in Albert Lea with my husband, Trevor and our 5 year old daughter, Ellie and 3 year old son, Waylon. My hobbies include scrapbooking, reading, seeing movies, hanging out with friends and family but mostly playing with our kids. Welcome to Kindergarten! It's going to be a great year!!!
