| Introduction | I am just like any other person. I love my life. I love my family. I love my friends. I pretty much love people in general, they are fascinating. I like to examine the world around me because there are so many fascinating things to see! I love everything about God's creations, from the largest mountain, to the smallest speck of microscopic life! Our Father truly is a magnificent artist to have created a world of such beauty! I think my favorite thing ever is stars. Nothing can really compare to them. The most peaceful times of my life have been spent driving a motorcycle through the desert in the middle of the night listening to Owl City and just admiring the beauty of the night sky! If you've never experienced it, I suggest you add it to your bucket list! There's lots more I'd like to say, but if I said it all here, there'd be nothing left to write about later, so this is where I stop for now. Peace out everybody! |
| Interests | Music! Religion! Engineering! I love learning how things work! I am pretty much interested in anything and everything all at once, but know that I won't have time on this earth to learn everything about everything. Good thing there's eternity for that! |
| Favorite movies | Flipped! Probbaly the best movie I have ever seen, and nobody I know has seen it! SO I am systematically working through my friends with the dvd and showing it to all of them! If you haven't seen it, which I highly doubt you have, watch it! You'll love it I promise! |
| Favorite music | I like a very wide variety of music. It ranges from Beethoven to Relient K to Emery to Gladys Knight to Megadeth to Eric Whitcare to Dance Gavin Dance to Phillip Glass. Music is pretty much the greatest joy in my life. So naturally I also write my own. I've only been able to complete two whole songs so far, one being a piano solo and the other being an acoustic guitar and vocal piece, but I hope to have a lot more things completed soon and branching into all sorts of musical styles. |
| Favorite books | The Screwtape Letters is hands down my favorite book in the world. Of course I love the scriptures immeasurably. I am a HUGE fan of Dirk Pitt novels, so naturally I was disgusted when the movie Sahara was released and totally destroyed the image of my childhood hero! My favorite books are informative in nature. Most recently I have been reading a book called The Art of Deception, a book written by a "social engineer" (more commonly known as hackers) about how to defend yourself from people who would use deceptive means to uncover your most protected secret information. It is fascinating. I have always been fascinated by the human psyche so anything pertaining to such topics is a good read for me. And of course, fictional stories of all varieties are scrumptious. Also a huge fan of manga. Don't get me started on Fullmetal Alchemist because I will never shut up. Probably one of the most amazing stories I have ever had the incomparable pleasure of reading. There are tons tons more but I'm not about to list them all so I'm just gonna quit while I am ahead! |
