| Introduction | I left recipe testing and cookbook collaboration to return to school and finally complete the Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Program at SFSU which I had started 30 years before.I now have a classroom of my own where I can help shape,share, teach, and hopefully inspire 66 ten and eleven year olds to become responsible and caring citizens. each year I enjoy having summers off with my three sons and hubby, even though according to them I spend just as much time working... only not in the classroom. |
