| Introduction | For the past three years I have been the owner of an upscale salon and spa for men. We have 16 employees - 10 stylists, 2 massage therapists, 1 esthetician and 3 at the front desk. I had no experience in the beauty industry when we purchased the salon so we've learned a lot through trial and error. It's challenging, fun and rewarding.
