Introduction	My name is Di, and live in the UK. I took an early retirement package at 50 in 2006, then the government moved the goalposts and I won't receive my state pension until 2022 when I'm 66. We are managing pretty well as I am a number cruncher and good at figures, so always budgeting and used to making our limited income stretch. I am a breast cancer survivor, having had two strikes and mastectomy in October 2019. My interests include music, cooking, dogs, writing, and for the past 12 years of so, card making. I've been married to Hubby since May 1991. We recently lost Maggie our border collie who would have been 16 on January 17th 2021, but have had her picture done on canvas which is hanging up alongside her predecessors. I started my first blog in 2013 and get a lot of pleasure out of it, writing about personal stuff and our life, poetry, short stories and I take photos of every day things and if they're any good, they'll find their way here.
