Introduction	I am much more than the difficulties life can bring. It is my hope that through writing I may recapture the best of who I am. I am grieving the loss of my precious 28 year old son, who died by suicide on July 19, 2011. My faith, gratitude and the love/encouragement of others have sustained me. Then there's my beautiful daughter. She is the most inspiring resilient young woman. There are no words to convey what she is to me, or how proud I am of her. I am grateful beyond words for her beauty and sensitivity. Truly a blessing from God above. Six months after we lost my son Joe, her only sibling, I was diagnosed with Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. I've had two surgeries (TURBT) since that time. Since my second surgery (May 15, 2012,) other health issues and diagnostic procedures delaying the best conventional treatment protocol for this cancer. I am interested in other proven alternatives which seem unreachable. These realities can be frightening at times. The complexities are not always easy to convey. I am so much more than all this..
