| Introduction | I am a food-aholic! I live to eat and not just eat to live. I literally spend most of my day thinking about food. As I'm eating breakfast I start planning lunch. While I'm eating lunch I am creating my menu for dinner. It is a constant cycle! I love wandering through grocery store aisles to get ideas. I've spent over 10 years in the restaurant business both in the front of house and kitchen. I didn't come up with the name of this blog by accident! The quickest way to my heart is absolutely through my stomach! |
