| Introduction | I am a 30-something, married business professional that still enjoys some occasional "geeky" pursuits like RPGs and sci-fi and action movies. I've also rediscovered knots, after going several years of getting by with simple knots and impromptu ones as needed. Having gone through Coast Guard Auxillary as a very young boy with my parents and spending time in Boy Scouts and adventure training as a teenager, I used knots often, not to mention developed a love for knives, firearms, gear and gadgets. As life happened, those pursuits, hobbies, and passions laid dormant for a number of years until being reawakened. My blog is a way for me to showcase the fruits of my labor and to simply ramble about gear and gadgets with the hope that maybe someone else can benefit or be entertained. |
