Introduction	It's time to get serious about losing some weight!! We plan to use our cooking skills and a fitness program to improve our health (and smaller bodies would be great too!). My fiance, Fran, is a professional chef, and I just love cooking. When we're together in the kitchen, magic just naturally happens!
