Introduction A caring individual who enjoys sharing new finds, recipes, and low cost living tips. After a life time of entertaining, cooking and baking in an American Italian family I married Kevin. My husband and his mother have celiac. So changes needed to be made to some of our family recipes. Good news, not all Italian cooking is pastas. Changes were made to our pantry and solutions were found (as many of us do when we find ourselfs loving someone who can not process gluten). www.mywildtree.com/164497
Interests After 17 plus years in the Food & beverage business I was layed off. My husband and I found we had to make things work on a very low budget. Of course many during this economy have had or are doing the same thing. Many of you who deal with celiac yourself or as a family understand that living gluten free can be costly at times. A loaf of gluten free bread can cost you $4.00 and up. I have a way it cost you $1.75 a loaf. By combining the knowledge I was raised with and the experiance gained over the years I am able to share ideas on how to live well being gluten free and at low cost. Please keep in mind that as we all discover and share our gluten free finds it is a learning process. What I share is what works the best for my family. I hope it will help you in your journey towards better living.
