| Interests | After 17 plus years in the Food & beverage business I was layed off. My husband and I found we had to make things work on a very low budget. Of course many during this economy have had or are doing the same thing. Many of you who deal with celiac yourself or as a family understand that living gluten free can be costly at times. A loaf of gluten free bread can cost you $4.00 and up. I have a way it cost you $1.75 a loaf. By combining the knowledge I was raised with and the experiance gained over the years I am able to share ideas on how to live well being gluten free and at low cost.
