| Introduction | I live to eat.. I am a Sindhi by origin & was born in Kerela, India. I left Kerela when I was just 40 days old and I never returned till this day. Moved to Pune, and lived there for 8 years. I moved once again to Durban, South Africa (7 years) and then to Harare, Zimbabwe (9 years), I have studied in Malaysia (1 year), and now I am in USA. Having lived in so many countries and experienced the different flavors food has to offer. I grew up eating Sindhi Curry and chawal with took one day, Idli and dosa another, Peri - Peri Chicken / Prawns, Mei Goreng, grilled salmon ... mmm.. my mouth has already started to water.. Growing up with fond memories of eating a large variety of cuisine (I emphasis EATING), when I got married and moved to USA Mar'09 I was in a bit of a pickle really. I did not know how to cook. And that is when my journey started.. |
