| Introduction | Throughout my career I have been priveleged to exercise sales leadership of multiskilled teams across a range of business functions. My strength has been the responsibility for the sales performmance, development and administration of these teams.Through experience, I have deepended my awareness of group dynamics and methods of dealing with conflict. My excellent communication skills have enabled me able to build rapport with both team members and clients.
