| Introduction | Hi, I'm Savannah. Born and raised in New Zealand, I'm now living in London, UK. Like many others, I have been impacted by COVID19, and furloughed from my job. This is a project to keep myself entertained during the time off work. I have recently embarked on a vegetarian diet as of 2020 (sometimes I still eat fish) and my partner has various allergies (nuts, shellfish, sesame). This project is a culinary exploration of the world, in the hope of successfully finding dishes both of us can eat, that are easy to prepare while in lockdown. |
