| Introduction | The idea for the Daily White board came to me on Aug 1, 2013 as I was drawing on the board in my office. I thought, "What would happen if I posted one white board drawing a day for a whole year?.." So out came Mr. Spock on the board and the first message was born..."Be logical." I will try to give myself between 5 to 10 minutes to complete each drawing and write a caption if necessary. This exercise is mostly about drawing and coming up with on-the-spot ideas. It's a way to create imagery through 'rapid iteration style' stream of conscious. Oh and also to see if I can actually make a whole year executing white board drawings every single day. I'm wondering now what all the drawings will look like at day 365... |
