Introduction	Well, what can I say? I am 31, I have 3 boys and a girl and my man Mr Sunny!! Recently I have been a little fed up, I was lacking energy due to my unhealthy diet and my weight was slowly creeping up. Also I thought I wasn't having enough fun with my family and friends. Then one day it just occurred to me that instead of moaning and whinging about it I should do something to change it. I started researching healthy eating and came across Weight Loss Resources and have managed to lose 7lbs in a month, within a week of the healthy eating I was feeling positive and energised. I am now at a good weight, but I want to get fitter and improve my physique. I am going to be posting my progress on this blog Also now I am feeling much better, there will be loads of fun times posted on here too.
Interests	Jewellery making, reading, keeping fit(a new interest), having fun with the family.
Favorite movies	Notting Hill, Bridget Jones, Leon, Pirates of the Carribean, Mary Poppins (childhood favourite!!)
Favorite music	Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Hoosiers, Lilly Allen etc etc.
