| Introduction | Mark has been actively involved in various aspects of ministry since 1974. Throughout the years he has assisted churches, para-church ministries and businesses in developing their staff and volunteers in strategic outreach and kingdom involvement leading to transformational impact and churches planted. Mark has coached more than 1200 people as they discovered their pathway forward toward international work/service or new opportunities within the North America. He served as a Mission/Administrative Pastor, owned businesses, and held executive positions in ministry. Mark has developed and guided cross-cultural church planting and other ministry in several countries while traveling in more than 80 countries and leading more than 50 short-term trips. Mark and his wife, Cathy, have been married for 35 years. They have three adult children, five grandchildren, and reside in Matthews NC |
