| Introduction | I am a lesbian in my 30's and originally wrote this blog to help me deal with what happened when I came out to my family but I decided to share my story in the hope it might help others in similar circumstances. Due to the nature of my job (working with complex people with mental health issues) and the circumstances surrounding my experiences I have chosen to set up this blog anonymously to protect the innocent and not so innocent.
