Introduction I'm just your average extroverted introvert who is gregarious and shy, kind and bitchy. I'm easily obsessed, and chances are you can read about my latest here. My tongue is firmly planted in my cheek. I'm a compulsive list-maker. I was born on the same day as Marie Antoinette and k.d. lang. I hate the taste of tarragon, I'm allergic to mangoes and I grow my own food. My favourite colour is red. Also? I love punctuation, shiny things and cheese.

Favorite Music First of all Elvis Costello is a god. Point finale. I've become one of those people who really only like the music they liked in their teens and twenties. Which would be really cool, if I wasn't hearing The Jam in a Cadillac commercial and Devo whoring Swiffer Dusters. *sigh*
Favorite Books The Harry Potter series, Martha Grimes, Anne Perry, Sue Grafton, Agatha Christie, Alison Weir's historical biographies, Just So Stories, The Jungle Book, Breakfast of Champions, Jane Eyre, Shakespeare, Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Paddington Bear, I know they didn't write books but I really must say that as far as writers who rock my socks I must add Joss Whedon and the demi-god Elvis Costello because those guys can certainly turn a phrase.

Whoops! Your tongue is now a magnet. Whatever will you use for silverware?

Why, a silver spoon of course!
