Introduction	I consider myself a wannabe naturalist; I watch documentaries and read articles on alternative energy; I try to take my children outside on a daily basis; I recycle; I dress my family primarily in secondhand clothes; I use cloth diapers; I grow an organic garden every summer; I use natural remedies. Not a bad attempt at natural living, and yet I find myself lacking in more ways than one; I have processed foods in my freezer and cupboards; I send my daughter downstairs to stare blindly at the television; I buy primarily non-organic produce; I choose the dryer over the clothesline; I use chemical cleaners; I own a manual lawn mower that I have never used; I don’t like squirrels. I doubt this would impress the pure naturalists out there. The great thing about life, is our ability to either maintain a course, or change directions. The opportunity to choose presents itself every minute of every day. How can one have a grim outlook on life when the possibilities one has in life are endless? It’s never too late to have a vision or to live a dream. Thus begins my foray into natural living. A path that strives to: Live simply. Grow naturally. Love greatly.
