Introduction	I spent 6 months in Spain, going to bullfights and flamingo festivals. I spent time in Greenwich Village, NYC, and studied literature at the New School. Stayed in Haight Ashbury during the hippie movement. Graduated in Journalism from San Francisco State. I lived in Aspen, Sun Valley, Telluride, Jackson Hole, and Vail Colorado. I spent two years studying in detail the financial meltdown on Wall Street. I also am writing a novel called Judas Duck. I have studied ski town investing for 37 years, and have some ideas about the present situation. I love my grand children and their hope and expectation for the future of America.
