| Introduction | Hi! My name is Mrs. McKenney or Michelle as I am called by everyone but my own children and my students... I recently made a career change. After spending over 15 years working with children in a clinical setting I decided my heart was really in teaching. So fast forward two years...and here I am newly certified but with a wealth of experience and knowledge about all stuff kid related. I have my own two sons who I adore and a husband I owe the world to. He made it possible for this journey to be made. Now you can come along for the rest of my adventure! My first year teaching kindergarten. Buckle up it is sure to be a "hoot"! I am all about learning but I really try to connect to my students and make learning fun and interesting on their level. Hopefully I will also be able to share what I learn along the way with my friends and fellow educators. |
