Introduction	I am a Classicist, trained as a philologist at the University of Ottawa, University of Toronto, and Universtiy of Edinburgh. To distract my mind from the copious amounts of reading I must do for my PhD, I am entering the world of historic modelling where my hobbies and my research interests can dovetail. The primary goal is to begin by modelling a 1:72 scale milecastle from Hadrian's wall with a re-enactment of the Pictish incursion of AD 367. Other Wall-themed models will follow.
