Introduction	I'm all about finding out what makes us tick. I have always been one to challenge myself, and with several international sporting representations and achievements, as well as a 25 year career in teaching behind me, I now challenge young people to set and hopefully achieve their own personal goals...to find out what makes them tick! Parents are critical to this process, particularly as their children enter secondary school. Teamwork is the key - step up, not back!
