Introduction	Jim Dotson, Founder - Jim created South Coast Recording Studio in Orange County, California in 1985, engineering and producing many local up-and-coming artists. He was awarded platinum records for The Offspring's album "Smash" in 1994, and No Doubt's "Tragic Kingdom" in 1995. In 1993 Jim relocated to Orlando, Florida where his first project was with Tabitha's Secret - later called Matchbox 20. Jim currently works as Media Designer for Walt Disney Imagineering, the production and project management division of The Walt Disney Company. He is the re-recording mixer for numerous Disney attractions and produces sound effects, music, dialog and video. Jim has produced media for many non-profit organizations including Give Kids The World, Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital, Habitat For Humanity and The Dr. Phillips Foundation. He is also a volunteer at Junior Achievement and First Baptist Church Orlando where he provides the broadcast audio mix for their Saturday evening service.
