Introduction	Change The Criteria (CTC) is a group of concerned parents, carers and friends of students on the Autism Spectrum in the state of Victoria, Australia. Our prime focus is to lobby government regarding what we see as the inadequate funding system for additional support for students with an ASD. Specifically, we want to raise the issue of the prohibitive nature of the funding criteria when applied to students who are classed as 'high functioning'.
