Introduction	Welcome ladies and gents to my winter blog. I’m Laney and I be from the quaint county of Somerset! I’ve spent the last two and a half years working for a multimedia company in London, and I’m looking forward to an exciting change to my daily work routine. Working with After Effects mainly I now really enjoy video editing and motion graphics work, which I’m hoping to continue out in Morzine this winter. Growing up in the south was great there’s so much to do and everyone is charming, the accent helps I think, oooaarrr! I have a background in multimedia design and animation that started at college in Taunton. I took media studies and got to storyboard film sequences whilst working on areas of design. I've always loved animated films ever since I can remember and made the decision to take this interest to a degree level when I went to university in Cumbria. After working in the industry for a practical period of time now I’m ready for fresh challenges, fresh faces and fresh pow! Still nervous at times on the slopes I’m aiming to conquer my first few proper jumps and more importantly, pick up some speed!
