Introduction (ENGLISH) Born in 1963, Marc Lacroix (French pronunciation: "mɑːk lakʁwa") has been working on breast cancer in several academic institutions, including Jules Bordet Institute. He authored dozens of scientific articles and four books: “Tumor Suppressor Genes in Breast Cancer” (2008), “Molecular Therapy of Breast Cancer: Classicism meets Modernity” (2009), “MicroRNAs in Breast Cancer” (2010) and "A Concise History of Breast Cancer" (2011). **** (FRANÇAIS) Né en 1963 en Wallonie (Belgique), vivant à Baelen, Marc Lacroix a travaillé successivement à l'Université de Liège (ULg), à l'Institut Jules Bordet et à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Spécialiste du cancer, il a écrit de nombreux articles scientifiques et quatre livres sur le cancer du sein (“Tumor Suppressor Genes in Breast Cancer” (2008), “Molecular Therapy of Breast Cancer: Classicism meets Modernity” (2009), “MicroRNAs in Breast Cancer” (2010) and "A Concise History of Breast Cancer" (2011)).
