| Introduction | I've been married to Kim since 1990. We have three great kids named Ben (1995), Noah (1998), and Lydia (2000). I am the founder and president of ArtistryLeads, a consulting coach and training professional working with people and process for non-profit, faith-based, and for-profit businesses and their leaders. I'm also a fundraiser for Pinecrest Community, a wonderful CCRC in Mt. Morris, IL. I write music and share it with others. I'm trying to follow Jesus using the gifts God's given me, which include vision, artistry and leadership. Music, sports, reading, and working with my hands are all activities which contribute to my life.
