About me

Introduction	Hi everyone! I’m Lisa and I’m currently enrolled in my very 1st IT class at University of Arizona Global Campus. I have pretty much no experience in the IT field….well, pretty much no relevant work experience either within the last decade. I’ve been a stay-at-home for the past 12 years. My kiddos are growing up, so it’s time I did something for me. I’ve always been fascinated with technology (ever since dying of dysentery in elementary school). While I’m at the stage in my life where I’m not willing to give out my age, you can probably come to your own conclusions after reading that last bit. I know it’s a little unconventional to be starting a new path at this stage, but it’s something I’m passionate about and am so excited to get started! I’m honestly not even sure yet where I want to end up. What I do know is that it I have an innate need to understand how things operate and enjoy helping people. I’m hoping that as I go through these courses, one area will POP more than the others and lead me to my final goal. My other hope is that I’ll be able to inspire more people to follow their dreams, no matter the stage of life they’re in. Thanks for being here!
