Introduction	I am a vegan Christian mother of four and married to the most wonderful, hard working man on the planet. I can't think of any role that I hold that is not full time. I am a full time Christian, a full time wife, a full time mother, and a full time partner in this business. Before we took on this endeavor to capture the special moments in people's lives, my passion was, and still is, food. I have an AA in culinary arts from the California School of Culinary Arts. I have been practicing vegetarianism for 14 years (vegan for 3) and have been, slowly, working towards a degree in nutrition. Occasionally, I still provide catering and private culinary instructional services. Because I have a strong background in business management (managing other people's businesses), I have planted myself behind the desk of Manuel A Rios Photography. However, I do enjoy joining my husband behind the camera when the opportunity arises. He has taught me so much!
